With 6 years experience in the experiential industry, Ainé Rachel Ardron-Doley is a seasoned regional market manager, field manager and national tour manager. With dozens of in-market management programs executed and 7 national tours under her belt, she’s well versed in all aspects of event marketing. Securing City permits, ordering event exhibitory, routing, budgeting, contract negotiation and crisis management are all part of her skill set. She’s recruited, hired and trained up to 25 staff on programs ranging from mall activations to guerilla sampling. She has extensive experience executing events on college campuses, at sporting events and tailgates, festivals, fairs, community centers, schools, concerts, award shows, hospitals and more.
Ainé spent all of 2010 and part of 2011 as a Northeast Regional Market Manager responsible for the management of 30 field staff in 9 different states. While managing an intense food sampling this Spring, Ainé received her ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
Ms. Doley completed media training at The Rogers Group PR firm in Los Angeles for her role as a camera-ready media spokesperson for the First 5 California tour. She completed dozens of successful interviews for print, radio and broadcast media.
On the First 5 California Tour, Ainé learned the ins and outs of cause-based marketing, non-profit and government initiatives. On both First 5 California and the Wholly Guacamole Tour she spent a significant amount of time in primarily Hispanic markets. On her 2006 Dr Pepper College Football Tour she visited over 30 college campuses and combined her experience as a journalist with her newfound love for field marketing by penning a three-page article for PROMO Magazine. PR Stunts and PR-centric campaigns are always a favorite. Ainé successfully negotiated city permits for the amazingly successful Dexter’s Red Fountains campaign as Philadelphia Location Manager for the Pop2Life agency. Securing approval for the city’s landmark fountain to be dyed red took extensive dye testing and several trips to the negotiating table. The stunt rocked Philly and received a ton of media coverage. As Event Manager for the TJ Maxx Elves PR Stunt in both NYC and Philadelphia, Ainé was responsible for minding 25 Elves and insuring their correct placement in the Today’s Show live audience. The Elves looked great on-air, despite the 3:45am call time.
Expense reporting, crisis management, product pick-ups, event documentation/photos/video, facilitating vehicle maintenance, inventory and premium management as well as client communication and handling radio remotes are routine.
With more and more programs requiring direct and daily client communication, you can count on Ainé to fill this crucial role. On the Wholly Guacamole Tour and her work with Coca Cola, Ainé built solid relationships while traveling and interacting directly with the client each day.
She’s operated a wide variety of branded vehicles, from ice cream trucks to 26-foot box trucks to gooseneck trailers and Santa’s sleighs! No stranger to heavy setups, Ainé’s experienced with footprints as large as 75 x 75, inflatables, pop up’s and large aluminum tents, stages, prize wheels, generators, basic PA/sound/AV equipment, plasmas and more.
